Dear Potential Sponsor,
I currently have the honor of organizing the Robotics club for an incredible group of students at Auburn Hills Christian School. Our students continue to compete in athletic events and other extra-curricular activities, but none as cerebral as engineering a functional robot. It is no secret, that in order for our students to greatly impact our world, they will need the tools and knowledge necessary to compete.
To accomplish this, the robotics club will provide our students with first hand training. First off, as they develop their robot, they will learn the fundamentals of engineering and design. Subsequently, they will discover the importance of working as a team. Lastly, they will be equipped with the ability to effectively problem solve and manage a major project. I believe these skills are essential to our student’s future.
We are looking for sponsors to contribute in any way they can. Our ultimate goal is to raise roughly $10,000 to kick start the program. Your contribution will go to the following initial expenses of a rookie team:
FTC Registration Fees
Kits of Parts (Materials)
Miscellaneous Parts and Supplies (Murphy’s Law Protection)
Our students will be competing in the First Tech Challenge of theUSFIRSTrobotics competition. FIRST is an acronym that stands for,“For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology”. You can learn more about these competitions on USFirst.org.
My hope is that you will help our students grow in knowledge and application by generously donating to our Robotics club. Auburn Hills Christian School is a 501(C)3 company, therefore your contributions are tax deductible. We have also developed a tiered system of advertisement opportunities based on your contribution.ClickHEREto make a donation. The tiers are outlined below:
